Steve is the Co-Founder of two incredible staffing solution firms, CodiFi (US) and TalentWave (UK). His expertise lies in recruiting top-notch Software Engineers for start-ups and scale-ups, and building high-performance teams that can conquer any coding challenge.

Steve is an Arsenal season ticket holder and the proud dad to Lily and Serge. With his infectious energy and love for a good challenge, Steve has been hailed as the “Minister of Fun” by none other than the Group CEO. And if that’s not enough, he even gave himself the nickname “Big Dog” (although everyone steadfastly refuses to use it!).

With over 23 years of experience in the staffing sector, Steve is a true recruitment wizard. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, friendly nature, and unwavering focus on clients, he’s earned the title of a “hearts & minds” recruitment leader. Throughout his career, he has held prestigious positions at award winning global staffing agencies and built multi-million-pound start-ups from the ground up.
